Some short covering and value buying emerging at lower levels lends confidence to our belief that there is not too much of downside from the lows seen last week. Some of the stocks have unnecessarily been beaten down and present great buying opportunities. Since index is likely to remain range bound, trading may be done with a buy on declines and sell on rise strategy.
